Office Hours
Our business offices are open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Time Monday through Thursday and from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Fridays. We are available to take calls during normal business hours, but our telephone is answered 24 hours a day for your convenience. If you need to call us outside our normal business hours, please leave a message and your complete telephone number, including area code and country code, if applicable, with the receptionist.

After Hours, Weekends, and Holidays
There is always a physician on call when our office is closed. However, we request that you make your calls for appointments or other routine business during normal business hours. In an emergency situation, our answering service will help you reach Dr. Roff. Please instruct the answering service that you wish to speak with the doctor and leave your number. The doctor will respond as quickly as possible. Be prepared to accurately describe your problem and list the medicines you are taking.
